All orders are accepted subject to the terms and conditions set out below unless expressly modified and agreed to by us in writing.
Specifications, illustrations and dimensions in catalogues, data sheets and drawings are not binding in detail, and may be altered without notice.

Offers of delivery ex-stock are subject to prior sale. In cases of orders booked on forward delivery basis, the delivery time is estimated and shall not be construed as promised. We shall endeavour to effect delivery within the time estimated but failure to do so will not render us liable for any loss or damage direct or indirect.
We reserve the right to make an invoice for partial deliveries against an order.
Inspection of the goods ordered may be arranged at our Works at the request of the customer. We do not agree to inspection at the place of delivery as a condition for acceptance. Special tests specified by the customer and acceptable to us may be carried out at our Works at extra charge.
The usual packing is suitable for local delivery. We can provide additional packing at an extra charge for despatch by rail / road / sea / air transport or for other conditions from the customer.
Any claim for shortage must reach us within 15 days from despatch after which period no claim will be recognized by us.
Insurance cover can be arranged by us at extra cost against specific instructions from the customer. Claims for damage should be recovered by the customer directly from the insurance company.
Our responsibility ceases on delivering the goods to the carrier and we undertake no liability for any damage or loss in transit.
Should storage of goods after the stipulated date of delivery become necessary due to failure of the customer to take delivery of goods in time or due to any other reason beyond our control the cost of storage, demurrage, insurance and all other incidental charges pending delivery or despatch shall be to the customer’s account.
If the customer fails to pay or take delivery of the goods, we reserve the right to retain any payment made and apply the same in satisfaction of any charges, expenses or losses incurred by us. We shall be entitled to sell or dispose off the goods as we deem fit and recover any shortfall from the customer.
The products are guaranteed to be free from defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship and we undertake to make good by repair or at our option by supply of a replacement, such defects which under proper use appear in the products within one year from the date of delivery provided that the defective parts are returned free to our Works immediately.
Any dispute in connection with these conditions of sales shall be deemed to have arisen in Mumbai and is subject to adjudication by Mumbai law courts.
