Price Basis : The prices are net of duties, taxes, levies, etc. Goods & Services taxes and other levies will be charged extra as applicable at the time of despatch.
Minimum Charge : Orders of value below Rs.300/- will be invoiced at the minimum charge of Rs.500/-. Seal Kits are excluded from minimum charge requirement.
No return of goods will be accepted without prior approval in writing.
All previous price lists stand cancelled.
The prices are subject to change without notice.

Discount Structure

We offer following discounts

Quantity discounts as specified below

01	-	05	units	:	Net
06	-	10	units	:	3%
11	-	50	units	:	7%
51	-	100	units	:	10%
101	-	150	units	:	12%
151	-	Up	units	:	15%

The quantity discounts are applicable to identical units if ordered for delivery at one time.

In case of Ferrules and Inserts, quantity discounts do not apply to number of loose pieces but are based on the quantity of complete standard packings.

Discounts based on annual off-take as an alternative to quantity discounts

Rs. 3,00,000	to	Rs. 8,00,000	:	5%
Rs. 8,00,001	to	Rs. 13,00,000	:	7%
Rs. 13,00,001	to	Rs. 18,00,000	:	10%
Rs. 18,00,001	to	Rs. 25,00,000	:	12%
Rs. 25,00,001		and above	:	15%

The amounts are net of duties, taxes, etc.

The discounts will be applicable if the off-take for one year has reached the figure mentioned above, and will apply to supplies for the subsequent year. When discount based on yearly off-take is given, quantity discounts specified under 1 are not applicable. The year is the financial year from April 01 to March 31.

The Product Lists give general description of the products, their specifications, weights, etc. They also refer to relevant Data Sheets.

The Data Sheets show dimensional details of the products.

In this Price List we have given the number of the Product Lists for all products for which such lists have been prepared. In cases where Products Lists do not exist, we have referred to the Data Sheets only.
